These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of levina.in and any purchase you make from LEVINA ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products

We make every effort to show our brushes accurately, including colours and materials. Slight variations in finish, bristle tone and photography are natural. Product details and prices may change without notice.

Orders & pricing

• All prices are shown on the product page and may be updated at any time.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm your order by email; a contract is formed only once we accept and dispatch it.
• We may cancel or refuse an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price was listed incorrectly, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we refund you in full.

Payment

Payment is taken securely through our payment partner at checkout. By paying you confirm that the payment method is yours and that you are authorised to use it.

Shipping & returns

Delivery timelines, charges, returns and refunds are described in our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site. In particular, you will not:

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the courts of India.
